THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku is pleased to offer rental of “tokyobike" bicycles, designed for the streets of Tokyo.
Why not explore Tokyo at your own pace on a bicycle that’s as light to pedal as a city breeze?
Not just Shinjuku, but the popular shopping and eating neighborhoods of Shimokitazawa and Nakameguro and even the Imperial Palace are all within easy reach on two wheels.
The rental service is available to guests of THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku as well as the general public.
At the moment, only online bookings are being accepted.

You’ll break into a smile the moment you set off riding this light and easy-to-use bicycle. You’ll feel you can pedal anywhere, and follow your whims through Tokyo’s streets and neighborhoods. Even beginners can ride this bike with ease.

TOKYOBIKE BISOU 26
Hop on the TOKYOBIKE BISOU 26 and it will carry you to landscapes that you have never discovered before. Built for leisurely rides, it allows you to sit upright and enjoy a wide field of view. The city streets and neighborhoods pass before your eyes. The BISOU 26 is also good for shopping because it comes with a front basket.
HOW TO RENT

1.Reserve
Please select a bike and make a reservation by clicking the button above. You can pay for your booking with a credit card only. Once you receive confirmation of the reservation via email, please save it until the day of your rental. We will also ask for a ¥1000 cash deposit per bike which will be returned on completion of the rental.

2.Check in
Please come to the hotel’s first-floor, during business hours. Wear clothes that are comfortable enough for cycling.

3.Return
Bikes can be used until 18:00. Give yourself plenty of time to return to the hotel, so you can enjoy a relaxing ride until the end. Once you get here, simply return the keys and light, and you're done!

4.Restart
After arriving, take a break in our lounge. Or sit back and enjoy a relaxing dinner or drink at our restaurants and bars. Our neighbourhood is also home to a host of unique and excellent dining options - ask our staff for recommendations, and step out and experience the nightlife of Tokyo. Thanks for riding a bike with us!

Attention
Cancellations due to wet weather are accepted and can be made by phone. Please be aware that in most other cases you will be expected to pay the full amount as a cancellation fee. In the event that you fail to show up at the reservation time without contacting us in advance, you will be charged the full amount as a cancellation fee.
Please note that certain days may be closed for unforeseen reasons. The online booking system will be closed and a notice will be placed on the rental desk in the hotel.
